Show us the rooms or elevations you want painted. We read the substrate and the condition area by area, price it against our standard rates, and send you a written response — usually within one business day.

This is not an instant number. A painter looks at what you send. If the photos show something that needs to be seen in person, we will say so rather than guess — and only an on-site measure ends in a fixed price.
