Inland with no salt load. Strong summer UV, and enough mature tree cover on the older streets to hold winter damp on southern elevations.

The Dianella specific bit
The rebuilt homes here favour dark charcoals and near-blacks on render, which look excellent and are unforgiving in this position. A dark rendered wall facing west runs far hotter, moves more, and shows every crack and patch — so the preparation standard has to be higher than the colour suggests, and the repaint cycle is genuinely shorter.
