Post-war and 1960s brick and fibro on the original blocks, with heavy subdivision producing rows of new duplexes and triplexes between them.

Inland and hot, with the new infill largely unshaded because the original gardens went with the subdivision. High UV on fresh render.

The Nollamara specific bit
Two completely different jobs in one street. The original houses need asbestos-aware preparation and real repair; the new duplexes need render that has properly cured before anything goes on it, because coating cement render too early breaks down the binder in the paint and leaves a soft, patchy finish. We quote them as the different jobs they are.
