Worth knowing
The Westminster specific bit
A lot of Westminster is rental and investment stock, and that changes the right specification rather than lowering it: washable low sheen on walls instead of matt, semi-gloss on all trim, a current widely stocked colour so touch-ups between tenancies take five minutes, and the colour code written down and kept. That is a cheaper decade than a premium finish nobody can match later.
