These are the hours someone will answer. Crews on site start earlier by arrangement — an exterior in summer often begins at first light to stay ahead of the heat.

Closed on Western Australian public holidays and over the Christmas and New Year shutdown. Anything sent then is answered on the next business day.
Sunday
By appointment, not by default
We do not publish a standing Sunday window, because we will not staff one every week and a posted time we cannot keep is worse than none.
If Sunday is genuinely the only day you can meet — and for a lot of people working six days, it is — say so when you enquire and we will arrange it. Quotes and measures happen on Sundays fairly often. It is the promise of one we avoid, not the day itself.
Commercial and strata
After hours, when the building needs it
Shops, offices, hospitality venues and tenanted blocks usually cannot give up trading hours or common-area access during the day.
Night work, weekend work and staged programmes around occupancy are normal for that kind of job. It is arranged per job and priced into the quote, along with SWMS, insurances and the staged programme, before a brush is opened.

- What are Crest Painting & Decorating's opening hours?
- We answer the phone Monday to Saturday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. Sunday is by appointment. These are the hours the office is reachable — crews on site work to the programme agreed for each job.
- Are you open on Saturday?
- Yes. Saturday is a normal working day for us, 7:00am to 6:00pm, for both quotes and site work.
- Can I get a quote outside these hours?
- Yes. The quote form and the booking page take requests at any hour, and we reply within one business day. If you would rather talk it through, leave a number and a time that suits and we will call then.
- Do you work after hours or on weekends?
- For commercial and strata work, regularly. Retail, hospitality and tenanted buildings often cannot lose trading hours, so we programme nights and weekends by arrangement and price it into the job.
- Are you open on public holidays?
- The office is closed on Western Australian public holidays and over the Christmas to New Year period. Enquiries sent then are answered on the next business day.
