What the weather does here
Inland and hot, with large unshaded elevations and roofs. Tilt-panel walls facing north and west take a heavy UV load and metalwork runs very hot.
Worth knowing
The Malaga specific bit
Almost every job here has to happen around trading. We programme factory and warehouse work at night or over weekends, provide SWMS and certificates of currency before access is granted, and price the after-hours premium into the quote rather than discovering it later. Floor coatings need the slab moisture-tested first — a slab still releasing water will lift any film coating however well it was applied.
