The job
What we did
The render had weathered unevenly and was staining under the balcony line. Every elevation was washed down, cracks cut out and patched, and bare patches spot-primed before a full two-coat finish. Access was by ladder and platform to the upper storey so the eaves and the upper window reveals got the same preparation as everything reachable from the ground.
