What the weather does here
Inland enough to escape the worst of the salt, but hot and open, with very little shade in the newer estates. Fading on north and west elevations is the usual reason people call.
Worth knowing
The Wanneroo specific bit
Semi-rural blocks here bring work suburban jobs do not: large Colorbond sheds, machinery and workshop structures, and long runs of fencing. Metal is its own discipline — the whole surface has to be abraded to give the primer a key and rust chased back to bright metal, or the coating is sitting on the surface rather than attached to it.
